To create a Sender for KakaoTalk, you must first have a registered KakaoTalk account, which provides you with a plusFriendId. Once you have obtained a plusFriendId, you can continue with creating a Sender using the Provisioning API.
You may also use the Sinch Build Dashboard to create KakaoTalk Senders. If you have already used the Dashboard to create a Sender and want to manage Templates, you can skip to the template section.
