# Getting started

This guide will instruct you on how to get started using Elastic SIP Trunking.

## 1. Get credentials

Get your access key: You must create your access key. Access keys are used to authenticate calls when using EST API. Access keys are generated in the [Sinch Build Dashboard](https://dashboard.sinch.com/settings/access-keys).
